VINCENT-LOU MENDOZA, M.D.
Dr. Vincent graduated Bachelor of Science Major in BS Biology at the
Far Eastern University Manila. He was elected Auditor in Medicine Student Council during his tenure in the same institution.
He took his primary and secondary education in Don Bosco Makati. He is the Past President of the Quezon City Health Department Employees of District II. He completed training in Quezon City Anti Drugs Abuse Advisory Council, Dangerous Drugs Board Office of the President. He is one of the first doctors who fought against Covid-19. and the pioneer of Hope Community Caring Facility of Quezon City.
Currently Dr. Vincent holds the position of Medical Officer III of
the Quezon City Health Department and a Public Healthcare Advocate.
He is the Medical Officer in charge of Libis Health Management Cluster.
